Commercial cleaning & facility support — New York, New Jersey & Florida

Coverage area

New York City — Five Boroughs

Cleaning a building in New York City is less about the cleaning and more about getting to it. Freight elevator windows, certificates of insurance filed with the building, night access, loading dock scheduling and no place to park a van are the constraints that decide whether a program runs on time.

How we operate here

Building rules come before the contract

Most commercial buildings require a Certificate of Insurance naming the building and managing agent before a crew is allowed upstairs. That paperwork is often the longest lead time in starting an account.

Freight elevators set the schedule

Equipment moves on the freight elevator, and freight elevators run on fixed hours with a building engineer. Floor machines and extractors have to be scheduled into that window, not around the tenant.

Night work is the default

Office programs run after hours, which means access procedures, alarm codes and building security sign-in are part of the operating routine rather than an exception.

Density changes the frequency

A Manhattan office floor sees traffic a suburban office does not. Restrooms, entrances and elevator lobbies need frequencies that reflect footfall, not square footage.
