Scope & limitations
Post-Construction Cleaning Scope
Rough, Final, and Touch-up Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, and washing surfaces to make them ready for walkthroughs.
Surface Washing & Detailing: Wiping down newly installed fixtures, frames, baseboards, and vents.
Floor & Glass Prep: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming dust or minor overspray.
Explicitly Excluded (Not Provided):
- Heavy Debris & Hauling: Structural demolition cleanup, concrete/mortar chunk removal, or dumpster hauling.
- Hazardous Materials: Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, biohazards, or lead paint scraping.
- Specialized Restoration: Heavy chemical floor stripping, razor scraping of glass, or structural restoration.
