Commercial cleaning & facility support — New York, New Jersey & Florida

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What facility managers and procurement teams ask us most often — including what we do not do, so nothing surprises anyone during contracting.

Coverage & scheduling

What areas do you serve?

We serve commercial and institutional facilities across New York, New Jersey and Florida. Our office is at 239B McLean Ave. in Yonkers, New York, which puts our crews and supervisors close to facilities throughout Westchester County and the New York metropolitan area. In Florida we work in the Doral and Miami-Dade area.

Can you clean outside of business hours?

Yes. Most commercial programs run at night, after hours or on weekends so that cleaning does not interrupt your operation. In facilities that stay open all day, such as medical offices and retail, we combine day porter coverage with after-hours work. The schedule is set during the walkthrough.

Do you work with multi-location clients?

Yes. We support multi-location organizations with consistent service standards, trained teams, quality control programs and a single point of contact, so the same standard applies across every property in the portfolio.

How fast can you respond to an emergency?

Emergency cleaning covers water intrusion, spills, restroom sanitation incidents, storm-related cleanup and post-incident recovery. Response time depends on the location and the nature of the incident, so it is agreed as part of the service program rather than promised as a fixed number.

Scope & limitations

Do you clean exterior windows above the second floor?

No. Our exterior window cleaning is limited to accessible exterior windows up to the second floor unless otherwise agreed in writing. Interior window cleaning is available on any floor.

Does post-construction cleaning include debris hauling or hazardous material removal?

No. Post-construction cleaning does not automatically include hazardous material removal, heavy debris hauling, mold remediation, asbestos removal, lead paint removal, biohazard cleanup, or any work requiring special trade licensing. We handle rough cleaning, final cleaning and touch-up cleaning to prepare a space for inspection, occupancy or turnover.

Do you handle medical waste or biohazard cleanup?

No. Our healthcare environmental cleaning does not include medical waste disposal, crime scene cleanup, trauma scene cleanup or regulated biohazard services unless specifically contracted, certified and legally authorized. Those are separate licensed activities and we are explicit about where our scope ends.

Is power washing done at height?

Power washing is generally performed from ground level and accessible work areas. Work at height requires additional equipment, certifications and project approval to be arranged in advance.

Working with us

How is pricing determined?

Commercial cleaning cannot be quoted accurately from a form. Pricing depends on square footage, frequency, facility type and the scope of work, so we walk the facility first and then provide a written program with scope, frequency, staffing and price in one document.

Is your personnel screened and trained?

Yes. Our personnel are screened, trained and supervised, with ongoing education in cleaning procedures, OSHA safety standards, infection prevention, equipment operation, chemical handling, SDS compliance and customer service.

Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. Our programs include the products and equipment needed to carry out the work. We also offer janitorial supplies distribution as a standalone service, sourcing and delivering cleaning chemicals, paper products, restroom supplies, hand hygiene products, trash liners, floor care supplies, PPE and green cleaning products for facilities that manage their own cleaning.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Our teams work in English and Spanish. Our website, quote form and job application are available in both languages, and we can conduct the walkthrough and ongoing communication in either.

How do we get started?

Request a quote through the website or call us. We call back to understand the facility and confirm scope, schedule a walkthrough at a time that fits your operation, and then send a written program covering scope, frequency, staffing and pricing.

Certifications & procurement

Are you a certified minority-owned business?

Yes. We hold Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification in New York and New Jersey, MBE certification with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certification in New York. These certifications can count toward supplier diversity goals and minority participation requirements on public and corporate contracts.

Can you bid on government contracts?

Yes. We are a registered contractor in SAM.gov for federal contracting, under UEI T3JUQC1S36X3 and CAGE code 0QFM8, and our primary NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services. We are also a certified Minority Business Enterprise in New York and New Jersey and with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which counts toward the participation goals attached to many public contracts.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We carry $3,000,000 in general liability coverage, a $3,000,000 umbrella policy and statutory workers' compensation for all personnel. Bid and performance bonds are available when a government contract requires them, subject to surety underwriting and contract approval. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request.

What documentation can you provide for vendor qualification?

If your procurement process requires a Certificate of Insurance, a W-9, or certification documentation for your vendor file, contact us and we will send what your file needs. We can also supply our UEI, CAGE code and D-U-N-S number for federal and state vendor registrations.
